Rules & Discipline

  • The School hours are from 9.15 to 3.30 pm daily.
  • Student should report ath the school at the latest by 9.15 am those who reacyh the school after this be marked as late arriveals.
  • A nstudent who comes late to the school will lose his/her attendance. the parents will be intimated about the same. Idf the student is not found to be punctual even after being served with 3 warning notes, they will be sent back home.
  • Student shoulb behave respectfully towards the members of the staff.
  • Students should bring their diary daily to the school and get all the entires updated. Any student who does not bring diary to the school may be suspended from the class.
  • Scribbled or disfigured diary is not acceptable. In case a diary lost or damaged, the same may be replaced with a new one immediately with cost.
  • The campus language for communication is English. persistent negligence of this rule will entail suspension or imposition of a fine.
  • Students must wear shool uniform on each day on any other event specified by the school.
  • Chocolate , Chewing gum, Tobacco products, or other harmful products must not be brought to school either for consumption for distribution.
  • Students should not being periodicals, Magazines, books or any undescrible printed materials other than school & library books to the school.
  • They should not be carrying money or valuable articles, mobile Phones, video/audio cassets or games. CDs, USB devices or electronic items for personal entertainment.
  • Violation of the above three clauses can lead to disciplinary action and possible expulsion from the school.
  • Students are not allowed to drive motorbikes/vehicles in to the campus even on holidays.
  • Students shouyld not be found loitering outside their classrooms during teaching bours without the written permission from the teacher in-charge of the class in progress.
  • No student should leave the campus without the permission of the H.M / pricipal / Office.
  • Students must attend classes the whole day to make themselves eligible to get the attendance for the day. Arriving late to the class or leaving the class in between sessions will result in losing a whole day's attendance, regardless of reasone.
  • A student who has been absent from the school without prior sanction will not be admitted to the class unless the parents/guardian sends a proper explanation for absence in the space provided in the diary in advance.
  • If a student is absent due to an illness or for unavoidable reason for more than a week, the school authorities must be informed of it immediately in writing. In case of illness, a medical certificate to the effect must be produced on going.
  • The name of the student who has been continuously absent for twelve working days and who has failed to apply for leave will be stuck of the roll. However the principal can readmit such a student if he/she is satisfied with the explanation given by the parent/ guardian and readmission fee of ₹ 1000/- is paid along with other dues, if any.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual negligence in school work, dishonesty, obscenity in word or act, in subordination or serious misconduct are sufficient reason for dismissal.
  • The dress conduct and behavior of the student in the school premises as well as outside should be such as will enhance the reputation of the school in which they study and parents /guardians are to guide them to set an example in the regard.
  • Students are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings. The school will not be responsible for money, books, cloths and any other valuable items lost by the students but authorities will make an effort to trace the lost article, if the loss is reported promptly.
  • Any damage done to school property or the property of others students will have to be made good.
  • Cleanliness of person and clothes are expected ofevery student. Those who come to the school shabbily dressed, unkempt hair etc.
  • Students should be careful not to litter the classroom or the compounds. Waste should be disposed of in the dustbins provided.
  • In the absence of the teacher , the class is expected to remain disciplined and silent under the charge of the class monitor
  • No child suffering from any contagious disease should be allowed to attend the school
  • All correspondence address to the students are subjected to inspection if felt necessary by the authorities.
  • Newly admitted students must be introduced personally by their parents/guardian, who will be responsible to the manager /principal for the candidate’s conduct, payment of fee and other contributions if any.
  • Students will not be allowed to be taken by anyone other than parents or the authorized guardian during school hours, unless an authorization letter signed by the parent/ guardian is representing by the person.
  • It is obligatory on the part of the students who win the intra school competitions to represent the institution in any inter school competition which the school deems fit. They cannot withdraw their names on their own accord. A student who disobeys will not be permitted to participate intra school competition in future
  • Any student found guilty of breaking school rules and regulations shall be given a verbal warming in the first instance. A written warning will follow in case of repetition. If there is any violation, the school may take any action it deem fit, including expulsion. Fee structure is subject to revision annually and uniforms every 3 years.
